Introduction

   Welcome the Ultimate Strength Routine Compilation.  The goal of this blog is to provide a comprehensive collection of popular and not so popular strength routines.  Generally, each strength routine on this blog will be accompanied by an excel spreadsheet for which one can plug in his/her numbers for a quick customized layout of the routine. 

   I invite both guests and followers of this website to submit routines that do not currently exist in the compilation.  They will then be reviewed and most likely posted to the site.  Please be sure to give credit where credit is due.  If the routine was originally designed by someone else, please be sure to specify his/her name. 

   This blog is open to all categories of weight training (Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Olympic Style, Sport Specific, etc...), not specifically max strength routines. Ultimately, we just want this to be a one stop shop for someone looking to switch up his/her routine.

   At this time, nutritional advice/diet programs will not be included.  That is not to say that it will not be in the future.  It is just not the primary goal of this site at this point.  That being said, there are plenty of excellent sites for athletes and health conscience individuals to gather nutritional advice from.  At some point, a page of links to these sites may be added. 
 
So to all who wish to invest a piece of there lives to the joy of being strong and fit, I say enjoy!
